“Best northern light hunting tour you could ask for”
This tour is worth every cent! Our guides were a lovely local couple who picked our small group up in Tromsø city then went on a 1 hour minivan drive where we stopped anytime the Aurora came out. We visited their rural property for more Aurora photos then we went to their boathouse on the water for better Aurora spotting. We warmed up with a bath inside and outside campfire and got fed endless Norwegian snacks and drinks. They took stunning photos of each person every time the Aurora came out. At the end we were all warm happy and full. Would highly recommend!

“Great experience with a local guide who does everything he can to let you see the northern lights”
Due to the deteriorating weather, Trygve contacted us to see if we could leave earlier than planned. We left two hours earlier, but that didn't yield the desired result: witnessing one of nature's most extraordinary phenomena, the Northern Lights. We spent an hour at his base camp, where we were treated to delicious snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the silence while the clouds above us largely obscured our view. The experienced guide decided to drive with us for a while, looking for a spot with a clear sky. Along the way, we glimpsed the Northern Lights — and then drove to the Finnish border, where the sky opened up completely.

“Lucky to see the Northern Lights despite cloudy conditions”
Trygve Lakselvnes is a true professional and a wonderful host. Despite cloudy skies that made it look unlikely, he drove us to exactly the right spot at exactly the right time. The snacks and beverages were delicious — a real local touch. We felt completely taken care of the whole evening. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tromsø.

“Must join!!!”
Super amazing experience! Mr. T (Trygve) was super caring, friendly and professional throughout the whole tour. Despite bad weather conditions, he worked so hard to find us the Northern Lights — and we saw them twice! The basecamps were cosy and warm, and the snacks were delicious. Cannot recommend this enough if you are visiting Tromsø.

A very good experience. The tour leader tried very hard to help us find the route to the Aurora. He was very considerate and helped us take very beautiful photos, which touched us very much. Trygve is a true local — he knew exactly how to navigate the conditions that night. There were avalanche warnings in some areas and he prioritised our safety at all times while still finding us a perfect spot with a small campfire.
